Shipping Policy
SHIPPING (U.S. ORDERS)
We offer $5 flat-rate standard shipping on all U.S. domestic orders.
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become available.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding national holidays.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer, a $8.95 reshipping fee will apply.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We offer international shipping to select destinations.
Please note that international duties, taxes, and tariffs are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are determined by the destination country and are outside of our control.
International orders are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
If an international order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us at info@modearo.com within 48 hours of delivery to request a refund. Please include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.
If an international package is refused, unclaimed, or returned to us, we may be unable to re-ship or accept a return. Any refund issued will be at our discretion and may be minus the international shipping cost.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS & CHANGES
Orders may be cancelled or modified within one hour of purchase.
To request a cancellation or change, please contact us at info@modearo.com as soon as possible.
Once an order has entered processing or shipment, we are unable to guarantee changes or cancellations. We reserve the right to refuse cancellation requests outside of the allowed time window.
DAMAGED OR FAULTY ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us at info@modearo.com within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging so we can assist you.
While we take care in packaging all orders, damage or loss that occurs during transit may require coordination with the shipping carrier. We will do our best to support customers through this process.
LOST PACKAGES
If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, customers are responsible for contacting the shipping carrier to initiate an investigation. We recommend checking with neighbors or the delivery location first.
Modearo is not liable for packages lost or stolen after delivery confirmation, but we are happy to provide available tracking details or documentation to assist with carrier claims.
