Thank you for shopping with Modearo. This Shipping Policy explains where we ship, estimated delivery times, order tracking, and important shipping notes.
1) Where We Ship
We currently ship to the following regions:
United States
Canada
Australia
Europe
Available shipping methods and rates are displayed at checkout based on your shipping address.
Free U.S. Shipping: Free standard shipping on U.S. orders $100+ (before tax, after discounts).
2) Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order ships, we’ll send a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.
3) Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery time estimates begin after your order has been shipped (not the order date). The times below are general estimates:
U.S. Orders
Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days
Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
International Orders (Canada, Australia, Europe)
Standard International Shipping: 5–7 business days
Expedited International Shipping: 3–5 business days
Important: Estimated delivery times are for reference only. Actual delivery may vary due to factors outside our control, including weather, traffic/transportation disruptions, carrier delays, and customs clearance.
4) Order Tracking
After your order ships, you will receive a notification email with:
The shipping carrier information (when available)
Your tracking number
A link to track your shipment (when available)
You can track your order in either of the following ways:
Visit the carrier’s official website and enter your tracking number, or
Use our Order Tracking page and enter your tracking number to view the latest status.
5) Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or clearance fees required by your local authorities. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the recipient.
6) Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate (including apartment/suite number if applicable). We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.
7) Delays, Lost or Stolen Packages
While we work hard to ship orders promptly, Modearo is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or events outside our control (including weather, transportation disruptions, or customs).
If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received your package, please:
Check with household members/neighbors or your building’s mail room, and
Contact the carrier with your tracking number
