Return & Exchange Policy
RETURNS (U.S. ORDERS)
We accept returns on eligible U.S. domestic orders within 30 days of delivery.
Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached, and in resellable condition. Items must be free of fragrance, marks, pet hair, or any signs of wear. Returns that do not meet these requirements may be refused.
Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
If a return is sent back to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, a $8.95 reshipping fee will apply.
EXCHANGES (U.S. ORDERS)
We offer exchanges for eligible U.S. domestic orders within 30 days of delivery, subject to item availability.
Exchanges are available for the same item in a different size and/or color (if in stock).
Items must meet the same return conditions: unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached, and in resellable condition.
To request an exchange, please email info@modearo.com with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to exchange for. Once approved, you will receive exchange instructions.
Shipping for exchanges: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or faulty.
If the requested exchange item is unavailable, we will issue a refund to the original payment method once the return is received and inspected.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
At this time, we do not accept returns or exchanges for international orders.
If your international order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us at info@modearo.com within 48 hours of delivery to request a refund. Please include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can review your request.
HOW TO START A RETURN OR EXCHANGE
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at info@modearo.com with your order number.
Once your request is approved, you will receive return/exchange instructions and confirmation.
Please do not send items back without authorization, as unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

FINAL SALE ITEMS
Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.

DAMAGED OR FAULTY ITEMS
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us at info@modearo.com within 48 hours of delivery, including your order number and clear photos of the issue (including packaging, if applicable).
Once reviewed and approved, we will offer a replacement or a refund to the original payment method, depending on item availability and the nature of the issue.
LOST PACKAGES
If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, customers are responsible for contacting the shipping carrier to initiate an investigation.
Modearo is not liable for packages lost or stolen after delivery confirmation, but we are happy to provide available tracking details or documentation to assist with carrier claims.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS & CHANGES
Orders may be cancelled or modified within one hour of purchase.
To request a cancellation or change, please contact us at info@modearo.com as soon as possible.
Once an order has entered processing or shipment, cancellations or modifications cannot be guaranteed. We reserve the right to refuse cancellation requests outside of the allowed time window.
